At VHI, the work of our Insulation Technician I are critical to the success of the company. Working side by side with the Crew Chief they must help to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency at the work site. Tech I must demonstrate a strong aptitude of insulation or carpentry related work. They must be able to manage take direction and advance work independently while crew chief may be working on something else. The Tech I will support all activity performed by the Crew Chief and Tech II
